Shirts may be different. For instance, I own a shirt that is labelled "tall" in terms of size, and it is much longer in the waist, which helps it stay tucked into your pants (or kilt!) for us tall guys. The sleeves may be a bit longer than norm, but to be honest I didn't even check as it was a short sleeved shirt.
