Wompet,
I'll wait on our side with a towel, or we'll send Grant through the Welland Canal in his boat to pick you up. lol Grant, pick up Wayne and me as you pass. ;) But Wayne, you'll have to swim to the boat, 'cause we can't land. lol
Scout waits with towel in hand.

Thanks for posting this, Grant. I have to check with the rest of my entourage, but I believe that we will actually be leaving on the 26th to return south so that makes the 26th undoable. Any other day in that week I can probably make work, though!
I'm really looking forward to meeting you guys. Since I've not worn a kilt to Emma's before, I wonder if it's okay to sit on one of the lounge chairs, in a kilt, with my feet up on the railing over looking the lake?? I mean I did it in pants....
See what you can do, Wompet...I need the back-up of another yank in the bunch or I'll be totally outnumbered.

I have a rescue boat some 15 nautical miles east. I can have the guys patrol the lake front and keep all the women boaters away. Yep, the 26th works for me!

I don't think anything will be visible from the water, but thanks for the vote of confidence. Even at close range, it'll going to involve squinting...
I cannot do the 26th - sorry, we'll leave by noon on the 26th. (Unless you wanna do a kilted breakfast!)

Just playing with your mind. it's a shame that the only day Wompet could make it.
I'm sure it would've been nice to have someone there that spoke 'Merican .

Well, don't forget, I am the progeny of a Canuckistanian (albeit Maritime) mother. I am fairly fluent in Canadian, eh? (Timbits, a 2-4 of Canadian, the Beer Store, LCBO, Loblaws...you know, the important stuff!) Just don't be upset if I break into a Newfie lilt and starting talking like a leprachaun...
