    PTFE stands for polytetrafluoroethylene, the chemical name for Dupont's trade marked "Teflon." You can find more at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teflon if ya want to.

    Darren,
    Lightly moisten (w/ saliva) the hemp then place the upper portion back on. Should be good as new. You probably need a touch more hemp/wax as well.
