Hope you or your friend got a good discription of the truck. From the look of the front end of his car there must have been some damage to the truck. Don't worry about the not being able to play for a month, it will pass soon enought.
It's the whiplash that can be more long lasting.

Jeez, sorry about the collision - glad you limped away. Would assume if the police have any interest the vehicle will be easy to find. It must be messed up too.

Sounds like you could use the loan of some of those electronic bagpipes to stay in practice while you heal up.
