I found a plastic flask (and the Scotch purists shudder convulsively) at a store that specializes in luggage and travel gear. I've also seen them in outdoor outfitter stores. Paid $3.50 if I recall.
I can detect no taste change, but then again I'm a bit of a Philistine, and only put blended scotch in mine.

I recently bought this stainless steel one on eBay for about $10, including shipping.
At 8 oz., it's a bit big for the sporran. It came with a belt clip, though, so that's how I'll wear it. I like the little cup that stores in the center.

I got mine from these guys. I don't see the one you're looking for listed anymore. I remember it was cheaper than ebay.

The first one I got had a small leak. I emailed them and received a replacement two days later. They have a nice selection at reasonable prices.

And this would be the one I was given by one of my groomsmen to have as my own. He keep it full all night with a little wee dram of the good stuff.

The one comment I would make about this would be to stick with Stainless Steel. I've always felt that Pewter flasks and mugs impart a, well, 'pewtery' taste to things...

With pewter, you must not leave the booze in for very long! Of course, with me, that is never a problem

Yesterday I bought one of these on Ebay

A Dalvey stainless steel flask with an integrated collapsible cup. 5 1/4" in diameter holds 6.5 ounces. A bit big for some sporrans, but should fit nicely in my Thorfinn #53. I was lucky to get it for less than 1/2 price.

Just because ONE wears a kilt does not mean ONE has a descerning taste in a particular intoxicating beverage. I myself have often gotten looped on Southern Comfort not including that time I hung from a chainlink fence jetpuking because my legs failed to function! Luckily I don't drink battery acid because what burns going down burns coming up. I actually carry mouth wash in my flask, you know it case a girl accidently mistakes me for this my arhnemisis (pictured below) and starts talking to me.

Here is my belt buckle flask, $10 ebay. Flask just pops out and holds an incredible 2 fl. oz. Lower jaw creates drinking cup.
