    Cheap kilts in Edinburgh

    sweet, they have a good amount of shops now, how cheap are they exactly? do they sell casual polyester wool kilts? or just wool 8oz 11.5oz and 16oz?

    Well I did purchase a Prince Charlie from them late last year and I am happy with it, i ordered it on the net from:

    Before I knew of their reputation.

    I have to disagree with Mr Nicholsby of Geoffrey (Tailor) who is quoted in the article stating that "We are the last stronghold of quality in the Royal Mile."

    There is also Hector Russell and the Celtic Craft Centre to name but two as I would have pointed out had commenting not already closed.

    And at least you do get good personal service if you enter a Gold Bros shop - Hamish I have yet to hear anything more about the concerns I raised on this point

    Having a GT Kilt I might disagree with this comment while the material is good the make up leave something to be desired.

    Ive been in these shops and they are just tourist traps selling mostly poorly made/imported tartanarama by non scots
