Those are great looking kilts. I'm wondering when the CCC started adding the third strap to their kilts. When I purchased my kilt from them in 2000 from their store in San Francisco they made their kilts with two straps.
Their standard is two straps and without belt loops. But if the customer wants these as well they are added at no extra charge so we opted for the extras as a personal preference.
