    Beginning pipers, drummers, dancers

Not sure which forum is best so droping this here.

I recently found Lyon College's tutorial for pipers, drummers, and Scotish dancers. If this is a repeat LINK, sorry but I didn't find the reference in a SEARCH.

I've been watching it and practicing with my chanter. Short of an actual live teacher (recommended), this is really helpful.

Good instruction for drummers too. From basic accent, stroke and tap to the continuous roll (very cool). If you're interested, here's the LINK.

Ditto. Chatted up a piping instructor with the Chattahoochee Pipes and Drums, a local band here, at the Roswell Remembers Memorial Day Ceremony. I hope to follow up with a course of lessons in basic piping with him.

Thanks for a great site. I'd looked for something like this a year or two back, but I think this must be new.
