Cav beat me to that photo....not that I want to look like a duffel bag but I second that OOOOOOOOO!

One of the great kicks that we've gotten on our trips to the Great White North is shopping at the various Hudson's Bay Stores...they were not only great stores but it was sort of like touching a bit of North American history.

Do I remember the adage corectly: the Hudson's Bay Company was the only organization, either public or private, that never had any problems with the Indigenous People of North America because they lived by their slogan, "Don't shoot the customers". Possibly the first official statement of a customer service policy.
