    Question about kilt design

I just got a kilt in for my boy and the apron comes across opposite the 3 kilts I have. On my kilts, you wrap the right side in front of you then cover it with the left side but my son's kilt is backwards in that the fringe is on his left side. Just wondering if this is a normal design variation since all the kilts I have seen have fringe on the right side. I got it from Highland Store GRS Ltd. and it's a very nice kilt other than the odd backward wrapping and he looks absolutely adorable in it. I'll be sure to throw some pics up tomorrow.

It seems you have received a Girls Pleated Skirt.
Did you order what they call a Children's Kilt? From the description on the site it seems they are designed as unisex and all open on the right.
    Unfortunate.

Well, I can't let my boy wear 'girls clothes' so I'll just have to remove the buckles, straps, and fringe then sew them all on the correct way. I believe that will rectify the matter. Thanks.

Has anyone ordered one of the baby kilts at SK? I want to get him another one but after this I don't want to just order one blindly.
