    Looks much like the Campbell tartan.

    I LIKE it.

    The kilt looks great! I know you'll enjoy it.

    As far as the scraps go, depending on the size of the scraps, you can contact Turpin about a sporran and tartan flap.

    the only other thing I can imagine is more flashes, or maybe tartan badges to wear behind kilt pins and cap badges. If you enjoy sewing I guess you could sew them all together into a "patch" style scarf maybe? Make kilts for GI Joes
