That picture of the RCR pipe band in maple lead tartan is spectacular (as the rest of the pictures on the RCR site). I've only seen one other picture of a pipe band in maple leaf, but these are by far the best.
The white tunics are so striking, and I love the sashes. Also, the red-and-green diced hose atop the spats are cool. I'm wondering where to get some, although as I look closely, I'm wondering whether the green matches that of the maple leaf.
Anyway, thanks for posting. I love all these pics.

Kiltstore lists "hose tops" or "half hose" in diced or tartan, I dunno how they go on. http://kiltstore.net/sr_strut_hosetops.html
