    Hawick Highland Games

Three members of Hawick Pipe Band, in Hawick tartan.

    Me with the bandsmen.

Councillor Davie Paterson in McLaren kilt.

You dinnae want to upset a man in a kilt.

A hybrid band from north-east England - members of Tyne & Wear pipe band and Newcastle City Pipe Band.

Fewer stalls due to the wet weather, though today it stayed dry. This stall was from Kilts an' More of Dunbar and had some kilt pins, sporrans and some cheap acrylic kilts for sale.

    Heavies and a wee kiltie

Throwing the 56lb weight over the bar

    Heavies

    Throwing the 56lb weight

    More throwing

    Pipers and Heavies

    Stan Pike

Am I alone in thinking Stan bears more than a passing resemblance to Riverkilt?
