Wow, Thanks Robin
Well I just got back from the Post Office, I picked up my new kilt pin and some hose from Robin at www.kiltgoodies.com.
I thought my grouse foot kilt pin was quality, and it is, but it pales in comparison to this piece, I have put it on my Black Stewart from USA kilts, and yes pics will come, a digital camera is one kilt accessory I have not replaced yet after my recent move.
Robin is a joy to work with, the other week Robin put in a post, saying be the first to PM me and you can have yourself a deal, well I PMed and I am so glad I did, Robin made the payment easy, and the pin is worth every penny spent.
If you are looking for a kilt pin I could not recommend Robin more highly, the pin is true art, from the packaging, to the pin itself it is all quality. The sheer weight of this kilt pin astounds me.
Thanks Again Robin, you are a true gentleman
Here is a picture of the kilt pin from the website:

It is a beautiful piece! How long is it? As a person who does woodworking as a hobby, I appreciate handmade items very much.

It is about 3 and a half inches long.

I have two of Robin's pins and echo everything you say about him and his craftsmanship, McMurdo. Robin is also one of the most modest and charming Gentlemen I have yet to meet within the kilting fraternity.

Looks like we're going to need a kilt night real soon to show that baby off, Glen.

I agree with Hamish. Robin's kilt pins are the best that I've seen anywhere. You cannot go wrong buying from kiltgoodies.com.
Go for it.

I'll echo that. I've made three transactions with him, one of which was one of his antler pins. I can't say enough nice about Robin.
