Welcome MacMoose you are now officially Vice-president of SOKS NC chapter under Pres Barclay in Asheville NC. The titles are interchangable by the way.

I'm seriously considering it after talking to you guys about it - depends on funding, and passport. Certainly sounds like a hoot! Checking the Amtrak / VIARail schedules - cheaper than flying and more fun too.

No passport necessary until January at the earliest, land border-wise. And I want to be there to see my co-workers' faces if you come in kilted on the train.

I think it was the lack of sideburns, so I grew them back. A lot of grey though, now I remember why I shaved them. But the ladies like kilted older guys, you're proof of that.
