I am done, but I have not done well in job interviews. I get self-critical. Pretty bummed right now since I won't be working in my school district or either of the two adjoining. Long commutes on substitute teacher pay is not a good scenario. Sigh. Three years hard work, with the golden ring just inches out of reach, and I am not sure that I am going to be able to grasp it.
