Bill, it looks nice and I think you've covered it well, especially how you think it is suited for around town, dinner out, etc. An observation someone passed onto me a number of years ago about dressy shirts: When you have a shirt you like and it's cut too full in the body, have a tailor taper it down for you so it doesn't puff up above the waistband. They do this either by opening the side seams and resewing them (preferred) or by putting darts in the rear. It does wonders, and the cost is worth it for a nice shirt.
