It's always the third Sunday in September, so this year it will be September 16th. If one wants to see just about any kind of British car imaginable this is the place to see it! My wife and I go up there in our '73 Triumph Stag and meet a group of other Stag owners and make a long weekend of the event. Great location and even better people! We stay at a hotel in Burlington and always visit the Queen's Head pub at least a couple of times while we're there.

from New Hampshire. How was the experience at Scotland By The Yard? I've been in there a few times but never actually got anything from them.

I think they're great! Very helpful. The owner, Don, took my measurements and had the kilt delivered to me. He used the same measurements for the second kilt and both fit beautifully! I expect to be visitng them again in October and expect to leave a wee bit poorer...

Welcome! I also throw on a Sportkilt first thing - it's so much easier. Usually stays on for the day if I'm at home.

Greetings from Geneseo. Good to know there's someone local who wears kilts casually.

Welcome,
A beautiful tartan, the later that I can't spell from memory.

Ah the Queen's Head in Oakville. We've had a Kilt nights there. Look for SOKS (Southern Ontario Kilt Society) announcements. SOKS also has affiliates in NY (Grand Island), Virginia, North Carolina and Wales.

If you will be here for the weekend of September 16th I for one think we should get together at the Queen's Head, just let us know what evening is good for you and I am sure we can get a bunch to show up.
