Yep i do everything that would have done in pants. The only difference is that people smile when I come into a room, even if hey don't know me. I just got in from walking the dog in a kilt, the only difference there is that I was way more comfortable. Remember the kilt is not just for formal wear, it all depends on what accessories you wear with the kilt, for every day wear I like to wear my freelander sporran a casual kilt belt, sometimes hose scrunched down sometimes up with flashes, sometimes sandals with no hose. I would not wear my dress sporran like that though. Just do it you will figure out the right combo as you go. Good luck with it.
