Seeing as I paid for Royal Mail Airsure, I'm disappointed it hasn't arrived, yet.
The other disappointment is that I've had no acknowledgement of my winning or paying. And I sent him an e-mail last week for which I requested receipt notification (which I got, so I know he saw my e-mail), but No Reply (cue up Beatles song...).
Before I start complaining to e-Bay & PayPal about this chap, I think I'll try calling & giving him a chance to explain what's going on.
