... reminds me very much of an insult commonly used among the French of North African extraction: "Nique ta mere" (f*** your mam (or mum or mom, depending where you come from)).
Usually reduced to NTM.
It was the underlying pun on the name of a ghastly rock band offically known as "Nyctamer" meaning a 24-hour day.
Presumably a modified clan badge ?
