    The stillwater kilts are a 24" drop, but if worn closer to the hips, it could work. The heavyweight kilts have gotten great reviews.

    SWK also offers their Thrifty Kilt, but it is a 24" drop.
    For me it was the perfect starter Kilt. Now I can hardly wait to have the money for more.
