I agree. Just don't go there! When Sinbad does it, it's because he's wearing his father's flashes and they're not tight enough to hold the hose up. It just looks messy.

Flashes are part of a garter used to hold hose up. Wearing them with hose scrunched down doesn't make any sense and would look pretty silly.

oop:oop: In the Calf , of course..... Here 's a good one. Wear the flashes on the upper calf with sandals, scrunched hose, and tuck the Sgian Dubh into the waist belt , pointed side up without the sheath.(kilted Samurai)
Just kidding, I really hope no one takes that advise, BUT there are some that will follow ANY advise given. SO..... be careful. Just don't wear flashes with scrunchies and you will be OK.
