Last place to expect to see a kilt

I thought that could be the subject of a whole new thread. Where is the last place you would expect to see a kilt?

I wouldn't be surprised seeing a kilt anywhere.

OK, maybe the Royal Mile in Edinburgh out of tourist season (!)
