	lt was nice to meet you on Sunday Alex, l know David has some good photos also, so l expect he will put some on when he gets home. Also don't forget to look in on the pub l have put some pictures on their of the oldest operating pier railway in britain, which happens to be in the local villiage.

The one Alex snapped could also so easily go on my 'wants' list and I'd say it is a weathered something or other, but I don't have time now to plough through my works of reference to pin it down - it IS almost 2.00am after all !!

					The "Earthy tartan" does look a lot like my weathered Gordon, only pleated to the stripe.

 They "mystery tartan" in question is indeed the weathered Johnstone tartan.
