So here's an update:

I have yet to receive my stock tartan kilt.
I've called and spoke to Mark, and he said that it actually wasn't a stock kilt (didn't know this before I ordered).
He said (this was two weeks ago) that it would be in soon and I should have it within a couple of weeks. He said he'd call to give me an update. I have not received any kind of update as of today.
I called yesterday and left a voice mail. I have yet to receive any kind of response.

I must say, after all of the great customer service reviews on this forum, I'm quite surprised, and disappointed. My "stock" kilt has been on order for almost a month, and I've received no follow up from the Frugal Corner. Two of my emails also went unanswered.

To me, this is unacceptable.

I sure hope this kilt is worth what everyone claims it is.
