First determine what kind of headache. If it's just on one side with nausea or hallucinations it might be a migraine. If its behind the eyes, underneath and or above it might me sinus. For my migraine's I end up suffering though most of the night until I end up puking. My sinus headaches from presssure changes and such I take Sinutab (cold and sinus). I just realized we are not allowed to give medical advice. I'm no Doctor and have no training likewise. I have had some success when I've determined what kind of headache I have.
