First determine what kind of headache. If it's just on one side with nausea or hallucinations it might be a migraine. If its behind the eyes, underneath and or above it might me sinus. For my migraine's I end up suffering though most of the night until I end up puking. My sinus headaches from presssure changes and such I take Sinutab (cold and sinus). I just realized we are not allowed to give medical advice. I'm no Doctor and have no training likewise. I have had some success when I've determined what kind of headache I have. Good luck and hope you feel better soon.

non medical- if it's a run of the mill headache, pinch the skin between your thumb in index finger as hard as you can for as long as you can stand it. (acupressure point)

It it is sinus related, place your thumb and index finger on the bridge of your nose and press in, then push against the roof of your mouth with your tongue, directly behind your front teeth. repeat 5 or 6 times until you begin to feel your sinuses drain.

    good luck.

Stop looking at the computer screen. Go to your room, draw the drapes, lie down, and close your eyes. Make sure you have had plenty of water.

    Cheers and feel better

Computers can give headaches - so can not eating regularly. Make sure you eat properly. (that's why in Britain & Australia there is 'Morning Tea' at about 10 am, and 'Afternoon Tea' at 3pm. - usually Tea/Coffee & a cookie or two). in between Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. At least, that's what I was always taught. I still do it and only get a headache if I get busy and miss having it.
