    Different styles of course have different dimensions I find that I wear my Freelander Sporran alot more than any other as everything I need fits into it, as a soft Rob Roy style I am not really sure how to measure it but the approx. circumference is 18" and 8" deep, below is a photo of it and what can fit inside:

    A couple years ago I got a Native Earth #6 Strap Bag, has a back making it well useable as a large sporran 9"x9" plenty of room when there's a lot to carry.

    Liked the black so well got another in brown. I can also use it with the over the shoulder strap as a possibles bag.
