11 pleats done. I measured this morning...take ten minutes and checked and it looks like my pleats are a scoooch wider than 3 inches, 'cause it's going to take 12 and 1/2 pleats rather than 13 to get the measurement right. Looks like I might be making my over-apron a bit narrower!

Oh, it's been about 2, maybe 2 1/4 more hours of work into it to get me to here.

What's left? probably 2 more pleats, trimming the under-apron, wiastband. Under-apron-strip, and velcro.
