M.A.C

I was trying to be easy on myself, and not say I stole the pictures before and am a dirty rotten no good theft that deserves to be horse whipped- but i do want to thank you for clarifying what i was saying so that now the whole word knows my shame.....And to be honest, it was more me being stupid then trying to be dishonest....I know I know..if everybody jumped off a cliff would I...

I have repented and will never again "Borrow" pictures even if they appear to be public unless i first gain permission....

and those pictures we borrowed are the same ones you have displayed on http://giftshop.scottishtartans.org/ladykilt.html
of course you have permission to use them and we didn't - I would guess you are the exception to the rule

As to the minimalist and legalist attitiude you mentioned-we are a US company, operating in the USA, we are subject to USA laws, and laws that are enforceable here in the USA. We are not subject to ENGLISH Laws-at least not since 1776, nor are we subject to laws in China, Mexico, or Brazil.

Now, I have a great deal of respect for you and you are a very knowledgable Gentlemen (and fair) but as to the RIGHT thing, now we can get into an ethics debate which will lean towards opinions.

Of course we also must both look at the fact we both sell the same SORT of items but in different quality levels-so we compete to a degree. You items are more traditional in what they made of and where they are made.
