Gotta love our prudish sense of things here in the states. As if the sight of an 83 year old man's buttocks could be considered "lewd and lascivious"... Disturbing maybe, but definately not lewd considering the context in which the act was performed. The worst part is that he will now have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
