Looking good. A man in a kilt is a man and a half.

A classic pose, well lit. Like the top of the knee cut too. Tell us about the kilt and give us a pleat shot...please....

    About this kilt

I added a pleat shot to the thread. Now, a bit about this kilt.
This kilt is made from 8 yards of MacGregor green and red tartan. My clan has two "official" tartans; MacGregor green and red (shown above) and MacGregor red and black (known by many as the Rob Roy tartan). I haven't mastered kilt making yet (sewed too many fingers to the material) so I get my kilts from The Scotland Yard. I own 4 of these kilts and they are all hand-made from 11 ounce 100% wool tartan fabric. These came with belt loops but I don't use them. I'm thinking about cutting them off, but will have to investigate that as I don't want to take a chance on ruining the kilts.

I was on the public bus one day and I sat down in the front rows, the front rows face each other. The bus driver told me I couldn't sit in the front rows in a kilt. I pointed out that the lady sitting across from me was wearing a skirt and I said I'd move if she was asked to move also. I told the bus driver "otherwise it's discrimination based on my sex and would likely result in a discrimination lawsuit. The bus driver told me to "forget it" and went about his business. Besides, I always wear something under the kilt so it's not like there is any danger of exposure.

I attached the crest myself. I took a leather sporran, cut two holes in it and added the crest. Easy-peasy
