Thanks guys,
My plan is to wait and see how things flow with the CEO. I imagine we'll talk when he's not busy.
As Alan suggested, I have a back up plan of submitting a list of Celtic holidays, which if they fall on a work day, they can expect to see me kilted, as well as Fridays, and any days where we have long meetings or trainings scheduled.
Last night I was talking with the chairman of the board of the agency, he's a friend but we don't cloud the friendship with agency issues and I didn't bring this issue up. Anyway, the chairman was trying to convince a friend of his to enroll in the agency for counseling and he said to the man, "Ron's the best counselor at the agency." I immediately pointed out that all the counselors at the agency are good.
Later, thinking about it, the chairman was forming his opinion based on feedback from my clients who received counseling while I was kilted.
Anyway...more is yet to come. Thanks for the support and suggestions.
Ron
And I still contend if my little town can handle a Sushi Bar and a Thai restaruant then it can well handle kilts.
