...it just occurred to me that it isn't going to be easy to find dandelions in January in the Midwestern USA. I doubt that I'll find very many florists that will be stocking them any time of the year. After much effort I've found the minimally invasive (least poison) way to eliminate them from my own lawn so I'll have to poach a few from the local park.

At ren fairs and other highland events I've seen people with the silk variety of there clan plant. My wife had even located a company online that makes a ton of different varieties of flower and plant from silk. Might have to locate that bookmark from her computer when I get home and post it here.
