I'm also hoping to make it to the Twin Tiers kilt night when they start up again. I used to live just a few miles from Chenango Bridge so I'm very familiar with the area.

...you made me think of the good quality of the swords for sale at Fergus. I think it was two years ago, somebody can help me here, that the first good vendor showed up. This year, I can't recall any flea market level vendors there...

It's nice to hear there are some games that have quality blades for sale. I'd be happy to see just one vendor selling a decent sgian dubh.

Ah, yes, smashed bands, also known as "adventures in counter-marching." Look out for that bass drum!!! I'll say one thing in favor of Hunter Mountain - you may fall and kill yourself coming down the mountain, but at least there's no !@#!1@$ counter marching to be done.

This whole thing makes even less sense at the many games where the crowd is only on one side.
