I do. My family is still opposed. Well, all except my sister-in-law. They should take the hint. I also still feel self conscious when I wear. But then, that feeling gives me a reason to stand taller as I walk by: I have the courage to be different than the herd.
My other regrets: A tank is so expensive. Even a more casual is a bit out of my price range. I also don't have enough planned retorts to the comments I get. I'll need to read up on em, and try to remember them.

I have the same regret as GMan. My parents took me to highland games as a child, and my dad used to sing me Wolf Tones and Chieftans songs as lullabyes. I've been steeped in my celtic heritage from birth (I even have a birth certificate in Gaelic somewhere), but only recently have I begun to identify with that part of my family history.
I wish I'd started sooner.
