Bradley, when I saw your first post of that kilt the pocket was puzzling to me. My F.K. has something like that for a PDA or IPOD, seems not quite right on a piper's kilt.
THen I read "The Art of Kiltmaking". Do you think it is possible that the pocket on that piper's kilt was used by the kiltmaker to hold the record sheet? (measurements, customer, style, number of pleats, taper, etc)
Just wondering.
