    The best place to visit when you're on Islay is Jura ,sorry I'm a bit biased as I grew up on Jura.

    On Islay I'd recommend a trip to Portnahaven and the surrounding coast.

    I'm not sure if you would find enough to do on Islay to last a whole week unless you plan some fishing and it's a bit late now for the trout.
