A terrible dream

So Saturday my Oconee/Cavscout goodness shipped and I am oh-so-patiently awaiting the package's arrival. However, last night I had a most dreadful dream... seriously, this is what I dreamed...

The belts arrived and they were made really cheap vinyl with the cotton-ball type backing. The buckles were super cheap and really thin hammered tin and were like 6 inches tall, kinda like a Santa Claus belt.

Despite this terrible material and craftsmanship I still wanted to wear them only to find out that both of them were several inches way too small. Due to the material I could stretch them and get them to buckle... so I went ahead and left for the Tipp in to meet up with the other DFW kilties... They all laughed uproariously when I walked in.

At any rate, I'm expecting the belts and sporran adapter any day now... when it gets here I'll give a thorough review and take plenty of pics

As an owner of a Cavscout belt and sporran hangers, I can tell you that the dream was just that! The quality, workmanship ans service are outstanding so by all mean jones on, but don't dream on.

Hmmmn, and how did zis make you 'feel', zis bad dream you had ?

I just recently got some straps and buckles from Oconee, and am very happy with them. I am thinking about a belt next, based on the satistfaction with my first purchase.
