Yes, I have had two cilts from the Wales Tartan Centre, a casual Roberts and a full 8 yard St David's National. I have also had a Welsh PC and a Ysgrepan from them.
I am happy with their quality and service. Hamish did a review upon his cilt (Edwards casual) which was a little mixed, but you should have no qualms if you have ordered the 8 yard one.

one of my best friends ordered a 8 yard kilt from them, it took forever, wasn't right and the Ysgrepan was poorly made and returned for replacement. He would never use them again. so it's not just Hamish who was unlucky.
But it's always best to go and see them if you can, any kilt maker can have off moments, and retail service isn't always what we might like!
