Trip to Ireland #3
Here is a selection of pictures taken by me on my choir trip to Ireland.
The River Nore at Kilkenny. Appararently Kilkenny is the only Irish city not on a tidal river.
Kilkenny Castle from the river.
A tower by the River Nore.
This former Almshouse in Kilkenny is now the Tourist Information Office - Oifig Fáilte.
Georgian street opposite the Castle - very much like parts of Dublin.
Another angle on Kilkenny Castle.
More to come!
