    Turpin is my middle name, as was my uncle's and grandfather's. It is an anglicization of Thorfinn. I am a descenant of Thorfinn Rollo (Hausakliffer) Einarrsson, the 7th Viking Jarl of Orkney, b. 890, d. 997. Though his nickname means Skullsplitter, he died peacegfully in his bed at the age of 107.
