I've seen a whole slew of complaints about another company that seems to be promising more than it can deliver but only good comments about Stillwater. I have to assume that Jerry has his own business plan and marketing strategies and will release those leather Nightstalkers when he feels that he can deliver the goods. I have nothing but respect for a guy with such good business sense.

I'm in for one black leather and one brown leather nightstalker when they come out.

My guess is the first shipment is gonna just evaporate in a whirl of plastic and there'll be a long line of kilties waiting for the second shipment.

I spoke to Jerry at Stillwater on the 30th of August to inquire about pre-ordering and paying for a leather nightstalker when I ordered a kilt that day. I had never dealt with Stillwater before so I didn't realize he doesn't sell anything he doesn't have in stock. He did say he was expecting to offer the sporrans any day now. I don't speak for Stillwater in any way but I believe he had a few problems with the quality of earlier prototypes and is willing to take the time to make sure these are done right.

He did mention the possibility of offering a black / brown / nylon package deal.
