I would look at Hamilton Dry Goods Cable Knit Hose. Good Quality, and Good Prices.

Your tartan seems very similar to my Macdonald of Kingsburgh tartan kilt...save there's no blue in the later.

But, since they are so similar thought a pic might help.

I wear the bottle green hose with my similar tartan kilt, they match the green in the tartan.

And do treat yourself to Lewis kilt hose.

Methinks you'll have more of a chore finding a shirt that works with those colors...I have anyway.

I agree with the Lovat blue hose. My brother wore Lovat Blue hose with his modern Grant kilt(the tartans have a lot of the same colours) and it looked really good.

its all hard to say until you have the kilt in your hand and are looking at it. The colors on a web graphic are only going to give you vague idea of what that tartan is actually going to look like. Judging by what mine looks like, I would have to agree with Mr. Newsome, bottle green and Lovat Blue would match my Drummond of Perth. However, I think diffrent ones would match my brothers. Heres the two....

and when holding these in your hand and actually seeing them, the color is much more dark and vivid and the difference is even more striking. So keep that in mind

I think I like the idea of the bottle green.

Lovat green for casual wear (or light gray, stone, beige, khaki) with red flashes.

Off-white for evening formal events with red flashes.

Black hose is best for funerals and daytime formal events. Black hose is too dressy for casual and non-formal wear.
