    Casual to semi-dress Sporran

So after four or five failed attempts at dying some sheepskin Joe Gondek sent me I gave up and took it somewhere to be professionally died.

In the meantime, I got a button from a badly ripped Prince Charlie and rabbit skin from a badly damaged full dress sporran and a plain brown casual sporran and combined them to make...

I'm quite happy with it. I think it looks good, it's comfortable and I feel like I have a much more versatile sporran, now.

The best part, the whole lot cost 2 pounds and an hour of work.

Did you attach the fur over top of the existing leather or replace it?

Thanks for all the compliments, guys.
The skin was fairly thin so I just attached it to what was there using epoxy and making sure to sew then tuck the edges so there wouldn't be any fraying.
I had to drill into the rivet catch so that I could epoxy the button into it but it's turned out very solid and I'm happy with it.

I was wondering if you had gotten that sporran done

It turned out great and really changed the look of the sporran
