Tucson Highland Games
Is anyone planning to go to this year's Tucson Highland Games and Celtic Festival? As every year, it's the first weekend in November, and this year, it'll actually be a two-day event.
I'm hoping to be able to be there... any chance of running into any other members of the Rabble?

As of right now I am planning on it, but many things can change for me from now until then. Are you going to stay down there for both days or just day trip it?

Probably both days, as I can crash on my uncle's couch. I may not be at the site all day both days, though, as there are other "catching up with the family" kinds of things I may do.

It's like an eight hour drive for me, but it is very tempting!!! I could bring a sleeping bag and sleep in the back of pick-em-up truck?
Who all are going?

I'll be there. Wouldn't miss it. There is usually a good number of us in attendance. Almost everyone from the Auld Dubliner 1/2 St. Paddys party will be there. O'Neille

A six hour haul for me, but I've grandkids in Tucson so have it on my wanna try again this year list. Would love to immerse them in their heritage and see what happens.

Well, I've formally requested, and received, the time off work, so Hamner and I will be there for sure.
