I have been a 6 foot 29 inch waist since my sophomore year in high school. Just never got any bigger. It makes buying clothes a pain cause with jeans they are either too loose or they are too short. No worries there with a kilt though

You look great. And you do the kilt justice. The accessories will come with time. Key thing is the way you wear it.

You can also try and reposition the buckles on the right side back a couple of inches and the belt on the left a couple of inches that might help. I had it done to my swk Mcleod at a alteration shop and it only cost about $15.00 well worth the investment for a good kilt.

I'll have you know I ws squessing into 28" jeans up until SOKS kilt nights blew that all to hell! I was areodynamically and hydrodynamically perfect like berserkbishop, now I'm scrawney with a beergut (Molson muscle, Labatt's lump, Sleeman's slump whatever you call it). At least I have all my own hair! The finest poly-viscous I might add.

    Those 28-waisters ARE irritating! I'm a 29 myself :-)

    Great pics! I had a 28-inch waist once -- when I was 2.

What you need is more fish & chips--deep fried Mars bars & some scotch pies into you, that will soon get your waist size up. Does everyone know that the way we test for a good Scotch pie is how far the grease runs down your arm.
