Aye but remember what they are designed for........Parades. I have a pair of double soled brogues. I've had them for 10 plus years, they still kill my feet and I'm not from the soft shoed generation.

Perhaps I'm not sure what the problem you are refering to is, the object of multi soling is to make the boots less flexible and for most people that means less comfortable. There are plenty of better options for boots if your looking for something for day to day wear. Anyway I see no option in getting double soled boots unless you are going to bull them. Anyone doing this for any reason other then they have to needs to have a look at themselves
