So, I emailed the lady with some questions. Here's her response.
Hello Ron,
Thank you for the question,I custom make the kilt liners my self, any size, fabric, or color.
I have in stock some 100% cotton black, natural and white, other colors are available in cotton, and also in a cotton/poly blend.
They are made with 4 gores, and i use 3/4" elastic in the waist, and a simple double stitch on the hem.
All i need is your waist, hip, the finished length you want, and the fabric and color, if i don't have it in stock, I pick up the amount of fabric required for the item from one of my local fabric stores.
I have been in business a long time, you can go to my ebay page and read my feedbacks, also on my web site www.gbkenterprise.com has a couple feedbacks, I have a lot of repeat customers, and ship international.
I have one Gentleman who has already purchased about 10 liners over a period of time, look forward to making some for you.
All my invoices and credit card purchases go thru paypal,i also accept US money orders, and checks.
Regards
