When I was in the UK some years ago I found a complete box set of Fawlty Towers (not available in the US) on VHS and gleefully took it to the counter in the shop. The fella caught my accent and asked if I was from the USA and reminded me that those tapes wouldn't play over here.

They are available in Canada in ebay. My mistake we are region 1.
